Biography

Edward was born on Sunday 29^th December 1991, weighing at 8 pounds 7 oz.

Family - Edward is the second eldest of 5 children. Ben(21), Victoria(18), Alice(12) and Adam(10). Their parents Robin and Rachel Upcott.

Ever since a baby, Edward has lived with Asthma. His first asthma attack nearly killed him. No one would have every thought he would have been such an active person. As a boy Edward was a very busy and pro-active person. He attended drama classes at the local drama school, and occasionally sailed at Wraysbury lakes a sailing club.

Gym and Trampoline - He first started gymnastics as well as trampolining at the local leisure centre in Egham. In 1996 he moved to Spelthorne School of gymnastics (home of Spelbound) where he worked his way up through the grades as he knew gymnastics is what he wanted to specialize in! The year 2000 is when his gymnastics career became a lot more serious and Edward's other hobbies had to stop for his training.

Swimming - Edward also enjoys swimming and diving. He has been awarded his 2000metre (1.6miles) swimming badge.  He won't miss a holiday without finding some rocks to throw himself off into the sea.
